Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Revlution provides business-to-business go-to-market services, including outbound systems, market engagement programs, consultations, and related information and tools. Nothing on the Services constitutes legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any testimonials, examples, statistics, or case studies are illustrative only and do not guarantee future outcomes. Actual results depend on many factors outside our control.

When you submit a form, schedule a call, or otherwise provide information to us, you agree that:

• The information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete
• You will update your information as needed
• You will not submit information on behalf of another person without proper authorization
• You are responsible for the phone numbers, email addresses, and content you provide

You grant us the right to use the information you submit to operate the Services, respond to your request, provide support, and communicate with you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Contact information you submit through the Services, such as your phone number or email address, is used to respond to your request, for example to follow up on an inquiry, confirm scheduling, or provide the information you asked for. We do not send recurring or automated text messages to you based on that submission alone. Recurring or automated text messages are sent only to people who separately check the optional SMS opt-in box described in the Text messages (SMS and MMS) section below. Your consent to any marketing communication is not a condition of purchase.

Text messages (SMS and MMS)

By opting in to receive text messages from Revlution, you agree to receive recurring or one-time SMS or MMS messages at the number you provided. These may include conversational messages, replies to your inquiry, scheduling coordination, appointment reminders, and service notifications, and, only if you have separately consented where required, promotional messages. You understand and agree that:

• Message frequency varies
• Message and data rates may apply
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services
• You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages
• You may reply HELP for assistance or contact us at support@revlution.io
• We may send a confirmation message when you opt in or opt out
• Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or that you have the account holder's authorization to enroll that number.

Calls

If you provide a telephone number, you consent to receive calls from us about your inquiry, our relationship with you, scheduling, and support, and, where permitted and properly consented to, marketing. Where required by law, we will obtain the necessary level of consent before placing autodialed, prerecorded, or artificial-voice calls or texts. Calls may be recorded where permitted by law for quality, training, and compliance purposes.

Email

By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails related to your requests and our Services and, where permitted, marketing content. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; we may still send transactional or relationship messages where permitted by law.

Your responsibilities

You agree not to provide a phone number or email address you do not own or have authority to use, and to notify us promptly if your contact information changes. We keep records of consent, opt-ins, opt-outs, and communication preferences for compliance and dispute resolution.

• Using the Services in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Using the Services to harass, abuse, defraud, or mislead any person
• Submitting false, inaccurate, or deceptive information
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or related systems
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, database, or infrastructure
• Scraping, copying, or exploiting the Services except as permitted by law
• Using the Services to send spam or unauthorized advertising

The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, branding, software, and designs, are owned by or licensed to Revlution and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services for purposes related to your relationship with us, no rights are granted without our prior written consent.

The Services may link to third-party websites and tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

If Revlution offers paid services, additional terms will be presented at the time of purchase or in a separate written agreement. Unless otherwise stated there, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVLUTION AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVLUTION'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO REVLUTION IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revlution and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your infringement of the rights of another person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law or created risk for Revlution. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will first be addressed through good-faith informal efforts by contacting support@revlution.io. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and each party consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
